Golf Irons

There are two types of golf irons: the traditional, forged iron and the modern, cast irons (or perimeter weighted iron). It is recommended for average golfers to select a cast club head design which concentrates more metal at the perimeter, as the golf ball need not be struck exactly from the center in order to benefit from a solid contact and produce maximum distance.
